1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days for most cities in Pakistan.
  • For remote or outstation areas, delivery may take up to 10 working days.
  • Customized or special-order items may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on selected products and promotions.
  • Standard shipping charges may apply based on order size, weight, and delivery location.
  • Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to two times.
  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we deliver only within Pakistan. International shipping will be introduced soon.
