Eligibility for Returns

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all accessories (if any).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days via your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items. If you prefer, you may also request a replacement instead of a refund.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a fault on our side (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for personal reasons (change of mind, dislike, etc.), the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
